Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The person will assist in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and documentation while gaining practical experience in corporate accounting practices reporting to the Senior accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and financial statements.
• Support in data entry, journal postings, and reconciliations.
• Help in processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Participate in audit preparation and documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of financial documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized files and support general accounting administration.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
• Female candidates with Parents/Spouse visa is preffered.
• All purchased should have comparison quotes.
• Weekly transaction to be shared with management.
• Monthly PnL to be shared with Management.
• Assist Senior Accountant in coordinating with CRM team and develop the complete accounts module and migrate from Zoho to CRM.
• Assist team in VAT n Corporate tax filing.
