Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate financial data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, payroll, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and client accounts.
  • Manage VAT filings, ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, and support external audits.
  • Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow for cost control and efficiency.
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, retail, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, UAE VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
