   UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
   Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
   Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

   Assist in recording daily financial transactions, maintaining the general and subsidiary ledgers, reconciling bank and
 account statements, and preparing supporting documents for audits.
   Process vendor invoices and payments, match purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes, track customer
 payments, send overdue reminders, and maintain accurate aging reports.
   Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, assist in variance analysis, and ensure accurate data
 entry into accounting systems.
   Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, maintain organized financial records, and support tax
 filing and statutory compliance.
   Collect data for budget preparation, update financial models or spreadsheets, and provide inputs for expense tracking.
   Participate in internal audits and inventory counts, and support documentation and coordination for external audit
 processes.
