Junior Accountant

To support the Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. The General Accountant will handle basic accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting under the supervision of senior finance staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Support
• Compliance & Documentation
• Reporting & Analysis

Technical Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, basic reporting).
• Familiarity with Power BI or Power Query is an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and logical thinking for reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in a similar role.
