Junior Accountant

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts.
• Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the finance department as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance function.
