Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books or Tally.

Record vendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries accurately.

Handle reconciliation of bank statements, vendor ledgers, and payment reports.

Track accounts payable and receivable regularly.

2. Client Billing & Vendor Payments

Prepare client invoices based on timesheets and project milestones.

Manage vendor payout sheets and maintain payment schedules.

Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors and clients for payment status.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain GST, TDS, and income tax-related records.

Assist in filing returns and coordinating with CA for audits.

Keep all financial records properly filed and accessible for internal review.

4. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries (revenue, expenses, cash flow).

Support management with MIS reports and financial projections.

Flag inconsistencies or overdue items in accounts proactively.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice reconciliation.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Strong Excel and report preparation skills.

Clear communication and accountability in follow-ups.
