Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Phool Bagan (Kolkata)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable.
• Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries.
• Assist in monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Support senior accountant in preparing financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment follow-up.
• Ensure timely updating and accuracy of all financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to manage records and documentation efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
