Junior Accountant

Great opportunity to join a growing organization in the real estate industry. High growth opportunity.

Hybrid, after ramp up period.

Compensation: 65k - 75k plus annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain accurate AP aging reports and support cash flow forecasting
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Help maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with financial reporting
• Assist with expense reports, purchase orders, and internal audit requests
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1+ of accounting or AP experience (internships welcome)

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
