The Visko Group is a fast-growing multi-vertical organization committed to operational excellence, financial discipline, and transparent business practices. We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant who can support our finance and accounts team in daily accounting operations.

Position Overview

The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting tasks, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience who want to grow within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting Operations

Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).

Handle data entry, voucher preparation, and bookkeeping activities.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.

2. Invoicing & Billing

Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers.

Maintain proper records of bills, receipts, and supporting documents.

Track outstanding payments and follow up as required.

3. Bank & Cash Management

Prepare bank reconciliation statements.

Monitor daily cash balances and petty cash handling.

Ensure timely deposits and withdrawals as per business needs.

4. Taxation & Compliance Support

Assist in GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliance.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Coordinate with external auditors when required.

5. Financial Reporting

Support in preparing monthly MIS reports.

Assist in expense tracking and budgeting tasks.

Update internal financial databases and spreadsheets.

6. Coordination & Documentation

Maintain proper filing of invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents.

Coordinate with vendors, departments, and clients for accounting queries.

Support senior accountants in closing books of accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.

Understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
