Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, assist in month-end close processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Maintain and update accounting records and files

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
