Junior Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Male candidate-Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance department with reporting and analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities

Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements

Support preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups

Maintain documentation and filing of accounting records

Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reports

Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

0–2 years of experience in accounting (freshers are welcome)

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
