Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP – an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
