Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The role will support daily accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and maintenance of financial records
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documentation
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and cost allocation
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents in line with company procedures
• Support audits and provide required financial information when requested

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Qatar driving license and own car are mandatory
• Good communication skills in English

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
