Junior Accountant

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with at least 5 years of experience and a background in the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
• Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on the healthcare industry Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficient in accounting software and Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
