Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, highly presentable, and fluent in English.
This role will support financial transactions, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities while ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal controls and accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Ensure accurate classification and posting of accounting entries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
- Monitor discrepancies and support corrective actions
- Assist in tracking expenses and budget allocations
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Follow up on collections and monitor outstanding balances
- Support cash flow tracking and reporting
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Assist with payroll coordination and related documentation
- Support tax/VAT preparation and regulatory compliance when required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
Audit & Internal Controls
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Monitor expense reports and ensure policy compliance
- Assist in improving accounting procedures and internal controls
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with accounting software (any ERP system experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Highly presentable and professional

Work Setup::- Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
- Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)
- Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
