Sponsorship Senior Account Executive

• Identify and secure new brand and business partnerships.
• Manage and grow existing sponsorship accounts.
• Develop tailored proposals and close impactful deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill sponsor deliverables.
• Maintain strong communication with partners throughout the festival lifecycle.

• 4–6 years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or B2B development (events/media/entertainment preferred).
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• A solid network of industry contacts is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven.
