Job Description:
TNA Interiors is looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with procurement-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and prior UAE experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records
• Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and basic financial reports
• Assist with VAT documentation and ensure records are maintained as per UAE regulations
• Record and track expenses, supplier payments, and purchase transactions
• Support procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
• Maintain organized documentation for purchase invoices, quotations, and supplier records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in accounting or finance
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT procedures, and accounting practices
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
