Outova, headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth (Texas), is seeking a talented Junior Accountant to join the team.
The Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll assistance, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Account Reconciliations, Sales Tax Filings, Journal Entries, and Expense Reports.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of journal entries.

Process employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.

Help support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data.

Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly.

Assist with audits, tax filings, and year-end closing procedures.

Maintain documentation and filing systems for financial records.

Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and invoicing.

Participate in process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP). Preferred experience with SAGE 100.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
