Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, journal posting, and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
- Verify supplier invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes before posting.
- Support in monthly closing, VAT documentation, and reporting.
- Handle petty cash entries and bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate with branch accountants and ensure timely submission of data.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and assist during audits.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading or retail sector).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Hindi and Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Male candidates preferred.
