Junior Accountant

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an aspiring accounting professional who is eager to develop their career while supporting day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate accounting records. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure efficient financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain organized financial files and accounting documentation.
• Assist with VAT documentation, tax records, and audit preparation.
• Update accounting databases and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial records and payment processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
