The Junior Accountant will support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting activities. This role involves maintaining financial records, assisting with reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and books of accounts
- Record daily transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoring
- Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documents
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Support VAT/tax-related documentation and submissions (if applicable)
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master in Commerce is a must
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of VAT and financial regulations
- Experience working in a corporate or audit environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
