Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE within a trading company and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Assist in VAT preparation, filing, and compliance as per UAE regulations.
• Monitor inventory-related accounting transactions and stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a trading company.
