Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (ACCA Qualified) to join our growing finance services team.

This role is ideal for an ACCA affiliate or recently qualified professional looking to complete their Practical Experience Requirement (PER) while gaining hands-on exposure to international accounting, reporting, and valuation-related work.

You will work closely with senior accountants and managers to support multiple international clients across different industries.

The role involves supporting U.S.-based clients and may require working hours in line with U.S. time zones (Eastern, Central/Mid-West, etc.) based on client and project requirements.

Candidates should be comfortable with flexible working hours to meet global client needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review bookkeeping records for international clients
  
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  
• Work on bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and variance analysis
  
• Assist with management reporting and MIS packs for clients
  
• Support VAT, tax filings, and compliance work (jurisdiction-specific, as applicable)
  
• Assist senior team members in financial analysis, forecasting, due diligence, and valuation support work
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams serving global clients
  
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ACCA Qualified (Affiliate)
  
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
  
• Understanding of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar preferred)
  
• Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial analysis)
  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
