Shift: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Job Description:
We are looking for a Male Junior Accountant to join our Accounting Department for a permanent full-time position. You will manage and coordinate all aspects of accounting while working on a night shift schedule.

Accounting Estate is an accounting firm in Islamabad that serves businesses, individuals, and non-profits by preparing financial statements, tax returns, and providing financial advice. We also manage cash flows and finances for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Keep account books and systems up to date
• Maintain and organize vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents for all international transactions.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations with statements and supporting documents
• Review monthly revenue and expenses
• Manage and report daily cash, prepare cash forecasts, monitor collection activities, and working capital
• Compile monthly financial statements and accounting schedules
• Conduct financial analysis on monthly statements
• Maintain and update accounting records for international clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
