Junior Accountant (QuickBooks Expert)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant with strong hands-on experience using QuickBooks. Candidates with prior experience in the fashion, apparel, or production industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
• Maintain and update basic financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations under supervision
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable, expense entries, and invoice tracking
• Assist in basic budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Follow company policies and support compliance with financial regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams to record inventory, costing, and purchase data
• Provide support during external audits and internal financial reviews

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant with 6 months to 1 year.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, or production setup (preferred)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
