Junior Accountant - Revenue & Operations Focus

The Junior Accountant – Revenue & Operations Focus will support the Controller and Senior Accounting team across credit analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and broader finance operations. This role is designed for a high-potential accounting professional seeking growth within a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with credit analysis and customer exposure monitoring.
• Support AR aging reviews and DSO tracking.
• Assist with AP processes including vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Assist with inventory analysis and operational accounting support.
• Support audit requests and financial reporting preparation.
• Participate in cross-functional finance and operations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits.
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or SAGE preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work in a multi-entity, fast-paced environment.
