Junior Accountant (UK)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (UK) to join our back office in Rawalpindi. This position is ideal for an individual with 6-12 months of experience who is keen to gain practical exposure in bookkeeping, payroll, and UK tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping for a range of clients using QuickBooks Online, Xero, DEXT and other cloud accounting software.
• Assist in preparing and filing UK tax returns for individuals and corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate tax records and support general data accuracy across client files.
• Work with tax software and Excel to produce financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Process monthly payroll and assist with pension submissions.
• Provide support to senior team members in preparing company accounts, corporation tax returns, self-assessment tax returns and other tasks.

Requirements:

• Part-qualified or pursuing ACCA.
• 6-12 months of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of UK taxation is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting softwares.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
