Junior Accounts Executive (Online Payments Handling)

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing online payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Bank Transfers)
• Handling vendor and contractor payments
• Maintaining payment records and transaction entries in accounting software
• Bank reconciliation and maintaining bank statements
• Coordinating with vendors for payment confirmations
• Assisting in preparing basic financial reports
• Ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Supporting senior accountant in daily accounting tasks

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• Good understanding of online banking portals
• Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic Excel knowledge

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
