Junior legal Executive

Job Title: Junior Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and handle legal correspondence, notices, and replies.
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital) for legal documents and case records.
• Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct basic legal research to support ongoing matters.
• Support senior legal executives/managers in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure timely submission and safekeeping of legal records, licenses, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 2-3 years of experience in legal documentation, correspondence, or compliance (freshers with internships can apply).
• Strong drafting, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
