Company Secretary

Role Overview
We are seeking a dually qualified, detail-oriented Company Secretary with an LLB degree to manage the company’s legal and secretarial documentation. The role primarily involves handling different documentation parts including contracts and support in drafting and reviewing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Documentation & Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including vendor contracts, NDAs, MOUs
  • Prepare documentation for due diligence exercises & SOP’s
  • Dealing with different PSP’s to get the documentation part completed.
  • Conduct internal secretarial audits & support external auditors on documentation part.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • ·Excellent written communication skills for drafting legal documents.
  • Documentation focus - The role heavily involves maintaining records, contracts and invoices
  • Strong attention to every minute details
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Draft and finalize Agendas & minutes of the meetings
  • Handle documentation for changes in directorship, registered office and shareholding

Educational Qualifications

  • Mandatory Membership of ICSI (ACS) + Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Experience

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar role focusing on secretarial documentation and legal drafting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
