Job Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Officer to support daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling basic documentation, and supporting senior accounting staff in routine tasks. This position is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain practical experience in a professional accounts environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial documentation
• Prepare and update ledgers, vouchers, and basic financial entries
• Support senior accountants in routine accounting tasks
• Manage basic documentation, filing, and data entry
• Work with Excel for financial tracking and simple reporting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting records

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to maintain financial records accurately
• Familiarity with MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reports)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Required Skills / Tools

• MS Excel
• Basic accounting software knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
• Documentation and record-keeping skills

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, or a related field (completed or in progress)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
