Junior Advocate

• The applicant should have been enrolled with the bar council and cleared AIBE.
• The job includes filing of cases in GST Appeals/Debt Recovery Tribunals/ RERA/CESTAT/HC etc. Drafting petitions, counters etc. Following up the cases.
• The job includes registration of deeds at the Sub Registrar Offices in Chennai.
• The applicant should assist the senior advocates in drafting Legal opinion, agreements, sale deed and works related to it.
• They should know to read and write Tamil & English with basic typing skill in English and basic knowledge of Computer.
• Two wheeler license is mandatory.
• Last but not the least should have desire to learn work and take any new responsibilities entrusted.
