Our team is looking for new team members as "Junior RPA Developer'' for İstanbul office to be part of our expanding practice.

Qualifications for Junior Developers

• Major in Computer Science or equivalent
• New graduate or maximum 2 years of Agentic development experience (UiPath and Power Automate is a plus)
• Experience in C#, VB .NET
• General knowledge in layered architecture of Agentic Automation and Robotic Process Automation deployment
• General knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
• General knowledge in relational database structures
• Analytical thinking / problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Role Description

• Develop applications and systems according to PwC Turkey's business requirements
• Develop appropriate solutions for problems
• Assist users in acceptance testing, and ensure successful closure of projects
• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Provide after go-live support where required
• Actively involve in planning and design of process
• Establish effective working relationships directly with client
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
