Junior AI Business Analyst

Brief Job Description:

The Junior AI Business Analyst assists in identifying business needs and translating them into AI and data requirements. The role supports the design, implementation, and performance tracking of AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Business & Process Analysis

• Analyse cross-functional business processes (finance, HR, sales, operations, compliance) within UAE market contexts
• Document current and future workflows for AI and automation improvements
• Convert business needs into structured AI/data requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
  
  
  

AI & Data Use Case Support

• Assist in identifying and refining high-value AI use cases (e.g., forecasting, customer insights, automation, chatbots)
• Define data requirements, assumptions, and constraints for model development
• Support the establishment of KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives
  
  
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and align delivery
• Participate in workshops and user sessions to clarify needs
• Present findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  
  
  

Testing, Validation & Monitoring

• Support user acceptance testing for AI tools, dashboards, and automated workflows
• Validate solution outputs against business goals and regulatory expectations
• Monitor performance and surface opportunities for optimization
  
  
  

Governance, Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain clear, structured documentation for AI solutions and data processes
• Support compliance with UAE data protection and governance standards
• Assist in tracking responsible AI practices, controls, and transparency

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in business analysis, data/analytics, or technology/process roles
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage but not required
• Preferred: exposure to Agile/Scrum environments, familiarity with ERP/CRM/finance systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Oracle), introductory AI/data/analytics certifications, and experience supporting UAE/GCC organizations
