Junior AI Developer

We are seeking a Junior AI Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), and chatbot systems — with a solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), and Next.js.

You’ll work closely with our senior developers to design, implement, and optimize intelligent applications that leverage cutting-edge machine learning and conversational AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, fine-tuning, and integrating LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, open source models) into company products. • Build, maintain, and enhance AI-powered chatbot systems for internal and client-facing use.

• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using Node.js / NestJS. • Implement front-end interfaces using Next.js / React. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features with business workflows.

• Support the design and execution of experiments to improve chatbot performance and model accuracy.

• Document processes, models, and code for maintainability and future reference. • Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM ecosystems to recommend new solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in software or AI development.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI system prompt design.

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like NestJS.

• Practical understanding of Next.js and React for front-end development.

• Experience working with chatbot frameworks or integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Ollama, etc.).

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and JSON-based communication.

• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts, especially natural language processing (NLP) and LLMs.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience deploying chatbots or AI apps using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel, etc.).

• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

• Understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

• Knowledge of Python or ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers) is a plus.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and RESTful API development

Solid understanding of relational database design and experience working with PostgreSQL

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Nice to Have

Experience with Supabase or serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or testing frameworks

Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
