Job Description:
Qualification :
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an HEC recognized University.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience with databases (writing queries, designing basic schemas, working with ORMs or database clients).
- Practical experience in prompt engineering, and using AI coding tools for software development (for example Cursor, Claude Coding).
- Experience using Git (commits, branches, pull requests, resolving merge conflicts).
- Experience with Python and at least one backend framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining AI-powered applications, APIs, and internal tools.
- Implement features using clean, maintainable code following standard software engineering practices.
- Work with databases to store, query, and manage application data (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Support LLM-based workflows, including prompt engineering, tool usage, and basic agentic patterns under guidance.
- Develop and iterate quickly using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) while following team standards and code review practices.
- Write unit tests, debug issues, and improve performance and reliability.
- Use Git for version control, branching, pull requests, and collaboration.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Projects involving LLM APIs, RAG, chatbots, or simple agent workflows.
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux, and basic deployment concepts.
- Exposure to REST APIs, authentication, and logging/monitoring basics.
- Familiarity with OOP, data structures, and common software engineering practices (modular design, debugging, testing).
- Basic understanding of LLMs and agentic AI concepts (tools, multi-step workflows, prompt structure).
