Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to help monitor property performance, analyze booking data, and support pricing strategies across short-term rental platforms. Your analysis will directly impact our revenue growth, occupancy levels, and listing performance.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills & solid Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze property performance across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental platforms.
• Support the development and refinement of pricing, occupancy, and revenue strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and trend summaries.
• Identify patterns in booking behavior, pricing shifts, and market competition.
• Assist in optimizing listing content (titles, descriptions, photos, amenities) to improve visibility and conversion.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Conduct basic research on market trends and competitor pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (minimum 14–16 years of education).
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Basic understanding of data analytics, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn tools like PriceLabs, AirDNA, and channel manager systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time & work effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic dashboards or visualization tools is a bonus.
