Senior Data Scientist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience who possesses not only strong technical expertise but also exceptional communication and business acumen. The ideal candidate is a closer, someone who can take ownership, deliver results, and translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to deployment.
• Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
• Work with large datasets using advanced statistical methods and tools.
• Ensure timely delivery and measurable results on all assigned projects.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to “close the loop” on projects.
