Capital Markets & Society Redevelopment Team.

In this role, you will represent the interests of society members, developers and other stakeholders in complex construction and redevelopment projects. You will be working closely with various stakeholders and their teams / representatives and will be pivotal in planning, optimizing, and enhancing the project’s design, costs, and timelines. Further, the role will involve ensuring that project execution aligns with budgeted costs, projected timelines, and approved plans.

This position also involves preparing detailed technical reports for stakeholders, conducting a preliminary analysis for new transactions, and ensuring thorough documentation of project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Track and evaluate monthly and quarterly progress on-site, ensuring all project milestones are met as planned.
  • Analyze project approvals and pending permissions, assess associated costs, and monitor these against the budget and timeline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project design, cost control, and time efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Site Verification and Compliance:

· Conduct regular site visits to verify that all on-ground conditions match project reports provided to Anex.

· Identify and address deviations in cost, timelines, approvals, and other factors, promptly notifying the team of any risks or issues.

  • Financial Oversight and Vendor Management:
  • Review and validate invoices from contractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with budgeted costs.
  • Facilitate the RFQ process, shortlist vendors based on pre-determined parameters and recommend qualified vendors to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting:
  • Serve as a liaison between Anex headquarters, client representatives, and on-site personnel, maintaining proactive and clear communication.
  • Lead and document regular project meetings with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on objectives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive technical reports, capturing all relevant project information and updates for stakeholders.

Requirements:

· BE in Civil Engineering

· Postgraduate in Construction Management (NICMAR & RICS preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
