Junior and Senior Manicurist/Nail Technicians

Job Title: Manicurist/Nail Technician with 4+ years of experience (preferably in the UAE).

*We are a ladies' only salon.

We are looking for talented and passionate nail technicians to join our dynamic team across our four branches in Abu Dhabi. As a valued member of our team, you will be motivated to provide exceptional nail care services and contribute to elevating our brand through impeccable work quality and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultations to clients before every nail service
• Provide clean, efficient, elegant nail service with outstanding cleaning and polish application
• Skilled in E-file, gentle cleaning, and professional maintenance of nail health
• Offer manicures, pedicures, and other nail services that meet client preferences
• Ability to cross-sell and up-sell services and offers for clients
• Ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly personal and branch targets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques
• Participate in assigned training sessions to improve your skills
• Create and regularly update your portfolio to showcase your work for social media campaigns and other marketing efforts
• Offer outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with our clients
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and sell salon products and services to clients
• Work towards achieving personal and combined monthly targets
• Monitor and maintain product consumption and required stock and tools
• Create and maintain accurate, detailed client profiles and service history

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a nail technician program or apprenticeship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Experience working with a variety of nail types and textures
• Portfolio of previous work or social media account to showcase your talent
• Willingness to adopt the company standard operating procedures as expected
