Role Overview

The Nail Technician / Manicurist is responsible for providing high-quality nail care services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining Izil Moroccan Beauty Spa’s standards of luxury and professionalism. This role combines technical expertise with a passion for beauty and customer service, contributing to the spa’s exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Nail & Beauty Services

Perform a full range of nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, and polish application.

Maintain precision in nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish finish.

Apply gel, acrylic, and other nail enhancement techniques safely and professionally.

Provide relaxing and effective hand and foot massages as part of the treatment.

Offer expert advice to clients on nail and skin care routines for hands and feet.

Ensure treatments are delivered according to Izil Spa’s service protocols and brand standards.

Customer Service

Greet and consult clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services or products.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Handle client concerns politely and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Promote and upsell spa services and retail products.

Hygiene & Safety

Follow strict hygiene and sterilization standards for all tools, equipment, and workstations.

Dispose of single-use items properly and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Adhere to spa health and safety policies, including emergency and first-aid procedures.

Maintain personal grooming and appearance standards in line with spa policies.

Teamwork & Professional Development

Collaborate closely with the Spa Manager, Therapists, and Front Desk team to ensure seamless operations.

Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brand or product training sessions.

Stay informed about the latest nail care trends, techniques, and innovations.

Support other spa operations or services when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Certification

Diploma or certification in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or related field.

Valid license or certification to perform nail treatments (as per UAE regulations).

Additional certification in gel, acrylic, or nail art techniques is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nail Technician or Manicurist in a spa or salon.

Experience in luxury or high-end beauty environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent technical skills in nail care, extensions, gel polish, and nail art.

Strong attention to detail and artistic creativity.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
