Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Engineer (HVAC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering with hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. The role involves preparing quotations and submittals, supporting sales and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, submittals, and technical specifications; recommend suitable materials in compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical submissions and compliance statements for insulation, valves, pumps, and related equipment for consultant and contractor approvals.
• Provide technical support to the sales team in reviewing enquiries, RFQs, and tenders.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on quotations, submittals, and project status using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate meetings with suppliers, customers, and internal team.
• Follow up with sales engineers and manufacturers regarding sample requirements and timely delivery.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all submittals, quotations, and project-related reports.
• Monitor the validity of material certifications and coordinate renewals prior to expiration.
• Regularly update material stock records and initiate requests to maintain minimum stock levels.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably with an HVAC specialization).
• 1–2 years of experience in the UAE HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems; knowledge of pumps and valves is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general documentation/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, procurement, and technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
