Junior Architect

We are seeking a motivated architect to join our growing team at Tri Angle Design & Build in Kochi. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about architecture and eager to apply their skills in real-world projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and designers across all phases of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural concepts and plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Work closely with senior architects, structural and civil engineers, and interior designers to ensure cohesive project planning and execution.
• Participate in site visits, surveys, and construction supervision to understand on-site conditions and project progress.
• Support the team in the preparation and review of technical documents, reports, and permit submissions.
• Stay updated on relevant building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and innovation in design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Strong understanding of design principles, drafting techniques, and architectural detailing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

• 1 year or more of experience in architecture or related fields.
• Internships or academic projects involving real-world design challenges are advantageous.

Additional Notes:

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala.
• Candidates should be able to relocate or commute reliably to the office.
• A strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and attention to detail is essential.
