Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 4–8 years of expertise in full-stack development of UI and backend services. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Pega APIs, case management, decisioning, and cloud components, with hands-on integration experience across systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Leads, BAs, and stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.
• Configure and customize business rules, workflows, and UI components in Pega.
• Guide and mentor developers on best practices and solution design.
• Integrate Pega applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Pega Case Management & BPM.
• Hands-on with Rules, Data Pages, Activities, Decision Tables/Strategies (loyalty rules & offers).
• Experience in Pega Decisioning / Next Best Action (preferred).
• Integration knowledge with REST/SOAP APIs, Database, File-based systems.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, BPMN, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for front-end customization).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Exposure to Cloud & DevOps tools (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
