Junior Architect

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Assist senior architects in creating detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Drafting and Documentation: Prepare and revise architectural drawings and technical documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Site Visits: Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various aspects of the project.
• Client Interaction: Assist in client meetings and presentations, helping to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in architectural design and project development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, V Ray) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
