Key Responsibilities
- Shop Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare and review shop drawings in compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings and follow up on approvals.
- Maintain and update the shop drawings log to track the submission and approval status.
- Material & Sample Submittals
- Prepare material submittals and ensure compliance with specifications and project standards.
- Arrange and submit physical samples for consultant/client approval.
- Manage and update the materials and samples log to reflect current project status.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with project consultants, external consultants, and internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in submissions.
- Address consultant comments and incorporate required revisions in shop drawings and material submittals.
- Provide technical support to the project team throughout the execution stage.
- Cost Estimation & Quantity Take-Offs
- Assist the estimation team by performing quantity take-offs for various trades.
- Provide input to ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all submissions meet project specifications, standards, and codes.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum [4] years of relevant experience in a contracting or consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and material standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), 3D max and MS Office.
- Familiarity with quantity take-off methods and cost estimation basics.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with consultants and project stakeholders.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
