Job description:

The Junior Architect will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of healthcare and commercial projects under the guidance of senior architects. This role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with project teams, assisting in client presentations, and ensuring design standards and compliance are met.

1. Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.

2. Assist in developing conceptual and schematic designs under senior architect supervision.

3. Support in preparing 3D visualizations, presentations, and design reports.

4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams for timely delivery of work.

5. Conduct site visits to understand progress and align designs with execution.

6. Assist in ensuring NABH/JCI and regulatory compliance for healthcare projects.

7. Maintain proper documentation, drawings, and design records.

8. Research materials, finishes, and design trends to support project requirements.
