Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
• Support design development and presentation work.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
• Work collaboratively with the design and construction teams.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of building materials and current design trends.
• Strong visualization and conceptual design skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design processes.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
