Position: Junior Architect

Location: Mumbai

Role Purpose

The Junior Architect will play a key role in supporting the design, detailing, and execution of architectural projects. The role requires both creative flair and technical expertise, with an emphasis on compliance with Mumbai DCPR and real estate project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations to support project concepts.
• Develop detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and seamless execution.
• Assist in maintaining design quality, timelines, and project standards.
• Apply knowledge of Mumbai DCPR rules and regulations to ensure compliance during design and planning.
• Provide support in redevelopment projects and site-level execution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience (internship experience in Mumbai can also be considered if strong in fundamentals and Microsoft tools).

Technical Skills (Required):

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Adobe Photoshop (for rendering & presentations)
• Revit / Lumion / Enscape (for 3D visualization & renders)

Knowledge/Experience:

• Understanding of basic Mumbai DCPR rules and regulations (minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred).
• Exposure to redevelopment projects.
• Site-level execution experience, especially related to GFC drawings or other architectural deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
