Junior Architect

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00am - 6:00pm and 10:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday only

Salary Range: 45k - 100k

Experience Required: Fresh-3 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or equivalent).

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts, drawings, documentation and presentations.
• Prepare architectural plans, 3D models, and visualizations using design software.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams on large scale projects.
• Contribute to project documentation, approvals, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Participate in site visits and prepare progress reports as required.
• Research on building materials, design concepts, sustainable design, building codes etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software. BIM knowledge will be a bonus
• Strong design, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
